Hi. SEUK looks really interesting and I will be purchasing in the next few weeks. Apparently I have just missed it on the steam sale. Oh well...Anyway, I just wondered if there is a demo available? Thanks.

Paul

Demo?

Hi PaulB,

Thanks for your question about a demo version of the Shoot Em Up Kit.

We used to have a demo version but this was dropped when we moved to Steam as Steam didn't used to support demos versions very well. We are looking at introducing a demo version again. We're making a lot of usability changes at the moment and our plan is to introduce a demo once we've finished these and there is a more integrated tutorial/teaching tool to help people get started without having to read a user guide or wiki.

I'm sorry you missed out on the Steam sale. The Shoot 'Em Up Kit will be on sale during Steam's next event.

Thanks again,
John

Hi John. Thanks for replying.

Hi John. Thanks for replying. I'm sure many people would like to try a demo first. But I'm too impatient to wait so I have just purchased SEUK anyway. Time to get creative!

Thanks again!

Paul

Demo?

Hi Paul,

Thanks for purchasing the Shoot 'Em Up Kit. We hope you have a good and creative time making games If you have any questions then please let me know.

The Wiki pages are a useful resource for help on getting started.

We will shortly be updating our website and there won't be a forum for a little while. It would be great if you could keep in-touch. You can do so via the Shoot 'Em Up Kit Steam forums or via our Discord channel: https://discord.gg/BV8Ufpg

Thanks,
John
